NOTE: 4TH QUALITY MODELS ARE SOLD AS IS AND MAY BE IMPERFECT, DISCOLORED, UNFINISHED, OR HAVE MISSING HARDWARE. ALL SALES OF 4TH QUALITY GOODS ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
We gladly accept returns of all items other than 4th quality models and special order or preorder items with the following conditions:
* Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition
* Items must be sent back within 14 days of your original receipt of the item
Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and a 15% restocking fee. CLICK HERE and provide your invoice number and reason for return, and we will email your RA (Return Authorization) number and shipping instructions. All returns will be charged a 15% of returned item price restocking fee. Once you receive your RA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully.
If you have received a product that is defective, please CLICK HERE and provide us with your invoice number and identify which item(s) are defective with a brief description of the defect(s) and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product.
